About me - Hello Dear Yoga Friends
I love teaching Iyengar yoga as much as I love my own practice. I'm experienced in using yoga therapeutically to recover from concussions, surgeries, sporting injuries, and grief, as well as day-to-day troubles, illness and stress.
I've been studying and teaching Iyengar yoga since 2001. In 2005, I had the great fortune of training under B.K.S. Iyengar on one of his visits to the US. 'Guruji', was truly a master living amongst us. In 2014, I became a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT), and also hold accreditation as a Yoga Therapist by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).
In addition to Iyengar yoga, I also enjoy rock climbing, bicycling, hiking, skiing, camping, and enjoying Colorado.
